# Agent Hours Clarification

Can someone help me understand Agent hours charges? If I (Author) have created an agent and spent around 5 hours on the creation , shared the agent with 2 users (Reader Pro). They spend nearly 10 hours monthly. Will we be charged for the 10 hours spent on chatting with the agent?

Based on the 4 hour limit on agents, will I be charged for the additional 1 hr?

Note : I have Enterprise edition of Amazon Quick

Hi @BhavyaBangera,

I would definitely recommend looking at the FAQ’s listed on [this](https://aws.amazon.com/quick/pricing/) page, particularly the sections “Understanding agent hours” and “Entitlements & overages”. The “4 hour limit” you’re thinking of is from the older model that split hours between Flows and Research. The current structure is a single pooled 18-hour-per-user entitlement that covers everything, so you and the other users should be well under that limit. Every agent hour over that limit bills $3.
