I have created a pivot table and my actual value in the cell is 100.00%

Now with “greater than or equal to” condition with value 95.50 with green color, my actual cell value(100.00%) shall turn to green but instead it’s turning red. What am I doing wrong?

It needs to be .955.

The actual value is the percent / 100
