# Format visual

Hi there,  
I have a report where the column name is long, when I download the file to send out, it cuts off the last section. Is there a way to display the long column name in multiple lines in the ‘format visual’ ?

Hi @likhitha Its not possible to add the column name into multiple line but you can rename your column name as per your wish by selecting the **Group By Column Name & Value Column Name**.

Put your custom name into the dialog box.
