I’m trying to build a sustainability messaging agent that creates content for us for different channels. We want it to pull from the most recent Amazon websites/stories, always pulling from the most refreshed without uploading documents with talking points. How can I make it happen? How can I turn on the web search function for the chat agent?

You could create a web crawler Knowledge base if you would want to search of specific web sites. You can attach the knowledge base to the chat agent and direct your questions.

Regarding web search, you should be able to toggle web-search on or off using the “+” symbol near the ‘Chat agent’s data’ drop down. Can you please try that and let me know if you have further questions.
