# Inconsistency with filter list values when exporting PDF on embedded dashboard

you can try a few things:

1. if you can, open up a Support ticket from your AWS console
2. try using Parameters in Filter Controls
3. move the controls to the sheet to print them along with the visuals. This might force the filter values to show up
