# Invitation email when registering user

When a new QUICKSIGHT managed user is added via API createUser the registration link is inside the response json - and the only way I found to send invitation from Quick Sight is by going to the admin console and click on ‘Resend Invitation’ button. Is there a way to automate this step? (Either as a parameter to createUser or an additional call to re-send e-mail)
