I’ve hit my monthly space limit. The system is telling me to upgrade. I can not upgrade until the program allows. Can you tell me if this upgrade will give me unlimited useage

Upgrading won’t give you unlimited usage. None of the Amazon Quick plans are unlimited, upgrading gives you a larger monthly allowance, which still resets at the start of each billing cycle.
The message you’re seeing simply means you’ve used up this month’s allowance. You have a couple of options:
additional usage, which lets you extend your limit up to a spending cap you choose. You only pay for what you actually use, up to that cap.Since you mentioned you aren’t able to upgrade on your own, your account is most likely managed by an administrator. In that case, you can submit an upgrade request, but it will need your admin’s approval before it takes effect.

I’m still be limited on the useage. My useage did reset on October the 1 but did not give me unlimited useage.
My manager is reaching out to our Regional Manager, to see if the limited useage status can be lifted for Amazon empolyee’s that are using Quicksight.
Look for a resolution to my limited useage due to be given several different daily task that use quicksight.
