My outlook capability shows connected and linked, but when I ask quick it is unable to search outlook. Tired the toggle one and off and even uninstall and install. It doesn't show me a page to re link or sign-in to outlook. What's the best way to fix?

Hi @Nandish_Mehta and welcome to the community!

This sounds like the OAuth token that Quick is holding for your Outlook connection has gone stale, but the UI still shows it as “connected” because the token exists locally. The fix is to fully disconnect (not just toggle) and force a fresh sign-in. The official troubleshooting steps for this are in the Quick Desktop docs (Troubleshooting - Connection issues):

  1. Go to Settings > Capabilities > Connectors
  2. Find Outlook and choose Disconnect (not just toggle off)
  3. Once it’s fully disconnected, choose Sign in to reconnect, which should bring up the Microsoft authentication page
  4. Complete the sign-in flow and verify Outlook works after

If disconnecting still doesn’t trigger the sign-in page, it might be worth checking whether your organization’s admin has restricted third-party app access on the Microsoft side. In that case you’d want to reach out to whoever manages your Microsoft Entra / Azure AD to confirm the Quick app registration still has consent granted.

Also, here is the official AWS documentation on the Outlook connector, in case it provides extra assistance: Microsoft Outlook integration - Amazon Quick

Hope this helps!
