I have burned through most of $300 limit and require increase. How do I proceed?
Hi @2hwjtnrt4t
Thank you for reaching out. I understand you’ve nearly reached your $300 additional usage limit and would like to increase it.
You can manage your usage cap from your Plan & Billing page:
- Click your username → Manage account → Plan and billing
- Look for the Additional usage section and adjust your spending cap
If you’re unable to find that option or the change doesn’t take effect, I’d recommend opening a technical support case with AWS Support. Here are the steps to open a case. Please note that changes can take up to 24 hours to propagate. If your company has someone who manages your AWS account, you may need to raise an internal ticket to your IT team, as they may need to open the case on your behalf.
Yeah, unable to upgrade through web ui and ticket did not result. Not sure if wa son this account or another but I submitted two tickets so far.
Hi @2hwjtnrt4t
Thank you for sharing those details. Since this is a public community forum managed by users, we unfortunately don’t have access to private account information or support ticket details, so we’re unable to assist directly with this request.
For account-specific issues like this, I’d recommend reaching out to AWS Support directly through your AWS Management Console and referencing your existing case IDs so the team can pick up where you left off. If your previous cases haven’t been resolved, you can also reply to those existing cases to escalate them.
Hi @2hwjtnrt4t
Just checking back in since we haven’t heard from you in a bit. I wanted to see if the guidance shared earlier helped resolve your question, or if you found a solution in the meantime. Moreover, if you submitted a support ticket and it uncovered any findings, please feel free to share them!
If you still have any additional questions related to your initial post, feel free to share them. Otherwise, any update you’re able to provide within the next 3 business days would be helpful for the community.
Thank you.
Hi @2hwjtnrt4t,
Since I haven’t received any further updates from you, I’ll treat this inquiry as complete at this time. Please feel free to create a new post if you have more questions.
Thank you.
