Outlook V2 Connection not able to send email

While using the Quick Desktop version, I am unable to send generated Emails and keep receiving a error 400. It was working the day before and now stopped. Is there a reason? I have Deleted/Reinstalled, Restarted computer, and nothing seems to be working

Hi @seramyd and welcome to the community!

When you said you deleted and reinstalled, did you mean the quick desktop app or the outlook connector? If you were referring to the desktop app, I would recommend fully disconnecting and re-authorizing the Outlook connector rather than reinstalling the app.

If the reconnect doesn’t clear it, could you share a bit more so we can narrow it down? Specifically, whether the 400 error shows any additional text or error code, whether reading email or calendar actions still work while only sending fails, and whether this is a personal mailbox or a shared or delegated one?

I am having the same issue today. I’ve updated the desktop app, removed the Outlook connector, reinstalled the Outlook connector, and ensured the connector has permissions on. Here was the diagnosis Quick gave me in chat: Issue: Amazon Quick — Outlook connector SendUserEmail action fails on all sends. Symptom: Every email send returns HTTP 400: "One or more parameters are invalid. Please review your input." Scope: Send-only. Outlook reads succeed (inbox lists fine), so the connection is authenticated — only outbound send fails. Reproduces on: minimal 1-line test email (rules out content/formatting). Already tried (no effect): toggle-reconnect Outlook; updated Quick Desktop; full remove + re-add of the Outlook connection with permissions confirmed on. Suspected cause: missing Mail.Send scope on the connector, or a mailbox send-policy restriction blocking programmatic sends. Account: gblackbr@amazon.com

Hi @seramyd and gblackbr,
