Quick side panel won't zoom out

Issue: Amazon Quick browser extension side panel extremely zoomed in, and not zooming out.

I’m unable to adjust the display size of content within the Quick side panel, which is affecting the readability and accessibility. The only current workaround is switching to the full web app, where browser zoom controls function normally. The Ctrl - doesn’t work either.

Could you guide me as to how to Zoom out?

Thanks for providing so much detail, I would recommend a couple of things;

  1. Check your browser’s default zoom. In Chrome or Edge, go to Settings and look at Appearance, then Page zoom, and set it back to 100 percent. The side panel can pick up an elevated default zoom even when Ctrl - inside the panel does nothing.
  2. Check your OS display scaling. If Windows display scale is set high (for example 150 percent), that can make the panel render oversized. Testing a lower scale briefly will tell you if that’s a factor.
  3. Try removing and reinstalling the extension, so it reloads at a clean default state rather than whatever stuck state it’s in now.
