Hi,
I have a dashboard which needs the latest update snapshot date. However, the issue with my dashboard is I am having a variation at different levels. i.e my dataset (metric job) completed 17th September run, dataset in quick sight has 15th September and dashboard front end has 14th September. Is there a way I can align this dates to latest?
Any insights would be great.
Thanks,
Parth
Hi @parthprj
Are you trying to get the dataset last refresh date and showing it in the dashboard . Please check below post on the same.
Thanks

Hi Vinod,
Thanks for responding. In this post it is about lag in incremental refresh. In my scenario the case is my dashboard shows 14th September, if I look into my datasets from analysis page it has 16th September has the latest snapshot date. So, why do we have this discrepancy between the latest snapshot date in dataset vs what I see in front end ?
Hello @parthprj and @apjvinod !
@parthprj were you able to find a solution to this issue or are you still working on it? Also, what type of field is providing your refresh date? For example, did create it in SQL prior to ingesting the dataset into Quick Sight or did you create the field in Quick Sight with a calculated field?
In my opinion, two easy things to check are: 1) Has the dashboard session been refreshed in the browser and 2) Do you have any filters or parameters that could be affecting that value.
