I am creating an agent that will be shared with another 2 people. That agent will generate, based on our Asana tracker, the monthly flash report for the full organization. I want the agent to generate the draft directly in outlook, however it says it cannot. Why? however, If I do it individually through a normal chat it does it.

Welcome to the Quick Community! If possible, can you please specify and/or provide some screenshots of what you (and the 2 other users) are asking the agent, and what messages/errors it is outputting? This will give me be a better idea of why this behavior is occurring. If you all have confirmed that Outlook is connected, my guess is that for some reason the connector is not recognizing its respective read/write permissions due to a temporary error, and may just need to be removed and reconnected.
