Hi there,

I work at Amazon, should i have that limitation?

How can i remove it without the wait? i need this system…

The research agent hours limit is part of Amazon Quick’s usage management for Free and Plus plans (accounts created with email or social login). This applies regardless of your employer, it’s tied to how your account was created, not where you work.

If your company provides Amazon Quick Professional or Enterprise access, those plans handle usage differently and may not have this restriction. I’d recommend checking with your IT admin to see if there’s a corporate plan available, you’d sign in through the AWS Management Console rather than with a personal email.

To get more usage on your current plan right now (no waiting required):

  • Click your username in the navigation bar → Manage account
  • Enable additional usage and set a maximum monthly limit (spend cap)
  • You only pay for what you actually use, up to the cap you set
