Can we create an AMZL Volunteer region group so that I can share an agent with everyone in my region? Right now I’d have to add them all individually.
Hi @sytessie and welcome to the community!
Sharing an agent with a group, rather than adding people one at a time, is supported. Once an agent is published, you can share it with people or groups in your organization, so a group is exactly the right way to avoid adding everyone individually.
The piece the community can’t help with is creating the “AMZL Volunteer region” group itself. Who exists as a group, and who’s in it, is handled by whoever administers groups and identity for your organization, not something we can set up from a public forum. So the path here is to ask your Quick admin to create a group for your region and add the members. Once that group exists, you’ll be able to share your agent with it in one step.
Just to make sure I point you the right way, by “region” I’m assuming you mean your AMZL operational region, meaning the group of people in it, rather than anything on the AWS infrastructure side. Is that correct?
