I am trying to build a dashboard to help me, pull data from quicksights in one easy to access location but while I was interacting with the desktop app it told me I couldn’t do what I wanted to do because I needed AuthorPro. Can someone help me get access. Thank you!

This is a public user forum so unfortunately, I do not have access to your account to upgrade your access. The only want to change your role is through your Quick Admin. I would highly recommend reaching out internally to the appropriate individuals to see about a change in your role!

Unfortunately, I do not have any access to view into your account, so I am not able to offer much assistance with finding your Quick Admin. I would recommend seeing if there are any internal channels that your organization uses to ask in there or reaching out to your manager for help.
