Quick Desktop client not responding to chat requests

After I installed, Quick desktop client, it isn’t responding to chat requests, and repeatedly prompts for login despite already being logged in.

Hi I am facing a similar issue: it is saying "Quick requires an update to continue to function. Restart to update." But I don’t have any pending updates at this point in time… Any guidance or assistance on the matter?

I am on the latest version, updated this morning (v1413). Still no luck!

I noticed that none of the agents are listed and I cant search or create a new agent either.

No the issue is not yet resolved on desktop app. I think this has something to do with my permissions and I still cant get to the bottom of it.

But, the web version works just fine.

Apologies for the delay in response. As this could indeed be a permission or general account related issue, I would definitely recommend creating a support ticket with AWS Support, as they will be better able to guide you on why this issue is occurring. If you are under an organization/group and cannot create one, I would reach out to your internal channels or a respective IT admin to help you create a ticket.
