Umbrella Action Connector

Does anyone know if there is an Umbrella Action Connector available. I am in L&D, trying to build a Quick app that can pull Umbrella transcript data, but I am not able to find any connectors for umbrella

Welcome to the Quick community!

Quick Suite does not currently have a native integration with Umbrella. You can see the full list of supported connector types and supported integrations for reference.

Recommended options:

  1. Amazon S3 bridge (best if you want the transcripts searchable as a knowledge base) If Umbrella supports exporting transcript data (via CSV or an API), you can land that data in Amazon S3 and connect it to Quick Suite using the Amazon S3 connector, which is fully supported for both actions and knowledge base creation. This is a reliable pattern for sources that don’t yet have a dedicated connector.

  2. Custom connector (best if you want to call Umbrella’s API directly for actions) Quick Suite lets you build custom integrations for services that aren’t on the built-in list:

Note: The custom connectors (OpenAPI / REST / MCP) support action execution, while Amazon S3 is the option that supports knowledge base creation, so the best choice depends on whether you want to query transcripts as a searchable knowledge base or call the Umbrella API on demand.
