Help needed: Amazon Quick Outlook OAuth token not persisting

Hi team — I’m unable to get the Outlook API connection working in Amazon Quick (desktop app). The UI shows “Connected” in Settings → Capabilities → Connections → Outlook, but all API calls fail with:

Quick Suite invokeAction failed (400): No access token was found for an OAuth authorization code connection

What I’ve tried:

  • Disconnected/reconnected Outlook multiple times
  • Fully quit and restarted Amazon Quick
  • Restarted laptop entirely
  • The Quick Outlook add-in inside Outlook works fine — only the desktop app’s API connection is broken

It seems the OAuth authorization code is never exchanged for a stored access token, or the token isn’t being persisted in the backend despite the UI showing success.

Can someone on the Quick team investigate the token store for my account? This is blocking my workflow. Thanks!

Hi @navidchy,

Welcome to the Quick Community! Since you have tried all of those workarounds and it still does not work, I also believe this could be a token-related issue. I would recommend creating a support ticket with AWS Support, as they should be better able to assist with this issue.

Thank you!
